Off means off
Not fewer emails, not a different category, not a quieter list. The address comes out of the contacts and goes on our do-not-send list, so no more email is sent to it.
You want off the list. That is the whole of this page.
This is a one-person studio. The list is one person's contacts, kept by hand. So there is no button on this page that removes you — there is a message that does, and I read it.
It opens pre-written. You do not have to add anything, explain anything, or answer a question. Sending it is the whole action.
What happens next
Not fewer emails, not a different category, not a quieter list. The address comes out of the contacts and goes on our do-not-send list, so no more email is sent to it.
You get a single line confirming it is done, because a removal nobody confirms is one you have to wonder about. After that, we stop writing.
You are not required to say why, and there is no form here that collects it. If you want to say something, the same address reads that too.
If a message arrived that you did not ask for, say so in that email. It is worth knowing: a list built by hand can be wrong by hand, and the only way it gets corrected is somebody telling me.
